MIRTEC, the Global Leader in inspection technology, showcased its advanced AOI and SPI systems at SMT/PCB NEPCON KOREA 2010 took place March.31~ April.05.
We arranged SMT ZONE and LED ZONE, and let attendees know a single platform machine, which can be applicable on a wide scale from SMT to LED.
Especially, on this exhibition, MIRTEC released 15M camera module concentrated attendee’s attention with improved inspection speed with wider FOV( than 5M)
Further system on show also included the BGA Rework machines, MR-2 Rework Series, for fast and effective BGA Reworking and the PCB Counter machine, MC-2 Counter Series, for PCB counting with a fast, user friendly detail management system.
A total management system; INTELLISYS enables the user to control all machines remotely including Gerber win, Remote SPC, Remote Debugger and RMS( Enables the use to control defect data remotely)
