MV-7 Series | In-Line AOI Machine, Automatic Optical Inspection

The MV-7 Series offers Advanced Four Mega Pixel Digital Color Camera Technology in an In-Line AOI system. This advanced technology provides the ultimate in inspection performance and speed. The optional Side Viewer® Camera System provides enhanced inspection capability through the addition of four Two Mega Pixel Side View Digital Color Cameras. The optional Intelli-Scan® Laser System provides “The Third Dimension in Inspection Capability”, the ability to precisely measure the Z-height of any given region of interest. This revolutionary technology is not available on any other AOI system!

Inspection Performance Software Architecture

- Advanced Four Mega Pixel Digital Color Camera Technology yields unsurpassed defect detection, a minimum false call rate, and Lightening Fast PCB inspection.
- MIRTEC's innovative Quad Angle Lighting System provides enhanced solder joint and solder bridge inspection capability.
- The optional Side Viewer® Camera System provides four additional Two Mega Pixel Side View Digital Color Cameras for enhanced detection of lifted leads and lifted components. This system also provides solder joint inspection of J-leaded and LCC devices.
- The optional Intelli-Scan® Laser System provides “The Third Dimension in Inspection Capability”, the ability to precisely measure the Z-height of a given region of interest. This technology yields absolute detection of lifted leads on gull wing devices and true coplarity testing of BGA and CSP devices.
- Three stage conveyor system with automatic board support and PCB clamping mechnism is designed for maximum throughput of the line.
