Intellisys Series Quality Management System is a software
option that maximizes the utility of Mirtec AOI machines. It integrates
defect data of production lines to Network sever then it enables statistical
quality management of defect board information, on-line debugging
and monitoring and repair of defect board.
SPC
Program : Support to manage the information
of NG boards by integrating defect data of each line
Through inline or Network DB
server.
Repair
System: In inline, support to repair NG
board on NG buffer using defect data saved after inspection and in remote,
support to repair NG board using defect data saved in barcode
Remote
Monitoring System : Support to enable the operating
program of each line to remotely control the defect and understand the line
when defects occur
